Profitified provides real estate acquisition, advisory, and connection services including but not limited to: homeowner solutions, luxury builder sourcing, investor deal facilitation, landowner consultations, senior living transition support, and professional partnership programs ("Services"). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Site content without our prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Site content.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site using automated means.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

"Profitified," the Profitified logo, and all related marks, product names, and slogans are trademarks of Profitified. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• Use the Site to transmit spam, chain letters, or unsolicited commercial communications.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or its servers or networks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any system or network connected to it.
• Engage in any form of automated data collection, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, without express written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Site for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose, including money laundering or wire fraud.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or other harmful materials.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security feature or access control mechanism of the Site.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any Profitified employee, affiliate, or other user.

Profitified reserves the right to investigate and prosecute violations of these prohibitions to the fullest extent permitted by law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROFITIFIED, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR SUCCESSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES.

Profitified does not warrant that (a) the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; (b) any defects or errors will be corrected; (c) the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the information or content on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Profitified and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Site or Services.
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Any content, information, or data you submit, post, or transmit through the Site.
• Any dispute between you and any third party in connection with the Site or Services.

Informal Resolution. Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Profitified at connect@profitified.com. Profitified will attempt to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Binding Arbitration. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site or Services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by [Insert Arbitration Body, e.g., JAMS or AAA] in accordance with its then-current rules.
