Accessibility Statement

Profitified is committed to ensuring that our digital presence is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards and continually improve our site's accessibility.

WCAG 2.1 Level AA Commitment

Our Accessibility Standards Commitment

Profitified aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and speech impairments.

We believe that every person, regardless of ability, deserves equal access to the information and services we provide. Accessibility is not a one-time project — it is an ongoing commitment woven into our design, development, and content processes.

Accessibility Features Provided

Alternative Text

All meaningful images on our website include descriptive alternative text so screen reader users receive the same informational context as sighted visitors.

Keyboard Navigation

Every interactive element — menus, forms, buttons, and links — is fully operable via keyboard alone, with clear focus indicators that meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA focus-visible requirements.

Screen Reader Support

Our pages use semantic HTML5 landmarks, ARIA roles, and descriptive labels to ensure compatibility with popular assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.

Colour Contrast

Text and interactive elements maintain a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text and UI components, in line with WCAG 2.1 AA success criterion 1.4.3.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of our website may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. The following table documents known limitations and available workarounds.

Third-Party Widgets

Issue: Some embedded third-party tools (e.g., chat widgets, map embeds) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We have limited control over their accessibility implementation. Additionally, chat widgets are suppressed on pages that collect phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent to maintain regulatory compliance.

Workaround: Contact us directly via phone or email for any assistance these tools would otherwise provide. On pages where the chat widget is not available, please use the contact form at profitified.com/contact or email us directly. We are actively working with our vendors to improve WCAG compliance. SMS consent checkboxes on our contact and deal-submission forms include full opt-in disclosure text and are keyboard- and screen-reader accessible.

Legacy PDF Documents

Issue: Older downloadable PDF guides and reports may not be fully tagged for screen readers.

Workaround: Request an accessible version by emailing our accessibility contact. We will provide the content in an alternative format within five business days.

Complex Data Tables

Issue: Certain comparison or pricing tables on interior pages may present navigational challenges for older assistive technology versions.

Workaround: A plain-text summary of any table is available on request. We are updating table mark-up on a rolling basis.

Accessibility Testing Procedures

We evaluate our website for accessibility using a combination of automated scanning and manual expert review:

  • Automated audits — We run regular scans using Axe DevTools and Lighthouse Accessibility to identify programmatic issues across all page templates.
  • Manual keyboard testing — Every major user flow is tested by navigating exclusively with a keyboard to verify logical tab order and focus management.
  • Screen reader review — Representative pages are reviewed with NVDA + Chrome and VoiceOver + Safari on a quarterly basis.
  • Colour contrast checks — All foreground/ background pairings are verified against WCAG contrast thresholds using the WebAIM Contrast Checker.

Testing Schedule

Full accessibility audits are conducted quarterly (approximately January, April, July, and October). Targeted re-tests follow any significant design or content update. Our most recent full audit was completed July 2026.

Assistive Technology Support

Our website has been tested and is intended to be compatible with the following assistive technologies and browser combinations:
